Tony is a pharmacy insurance expert with over 45 years general insurance experience. He advises pharmacy clients across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. He understands the frustration pharmacists have about the numerous insurance options. His passion is to ensure all of Carollo Horton’s clients receive exceptional customer service.
He’s an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), and Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP)
Founder and Consultant
Ross has extensive experience in the insurance industry and particularly with pharmacy insurance. As a co-founder Ross’ knowledge of product development shaped the personalised solutions for which Carollo Horton is recognized.
Susan joined Carollo Horton in 2009 and launched our Perth office in 2012. Prior to joining Carollo Horton she worked for large multi-national companies in Australia and Europe.
Through her financial experience, she has witnessed the need for well-designed and customised insurance. Susan’s insights have helped Carollo Horton expand their services to meet the growing needs of our clients.
She is a CPA, an Affiliate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute (ANZIIF), and a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP)
WA State Manager
Natasha joined Carollo Horton & Associates in August 2015, bringing with her 13 years of insurance industry experience and knowledge. As the WA State Manager, Natasha is responsible for looking after the needs of our clients in the West, assisting with new business, changes to existing business and claims management.
Natasha understands the requirement for providing tailored, cost effective solutions for our clients and works closely with our insurance partners to ensure the highest level of service at all times.
Natasha has her Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF and is qualified as a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP).
